    When you write stuff like this, and the 'official announcement' last week, it makes me sort of sad. Michael Reynolds, I hardly knew ye.

    Ruth Anne, he hates people, so you wouldn't have known him in any case. Since I've lived about ten minutes from him (18 months) I've seen him twice, or maybe it was 3 times. (He's good to get drunk with, but my husband had to be in the hospital for that.) You have your best and only friendship with Michael right now, and that won't change. The only thing I regret is not getting to know his wife.
