My wife points out that I have the same nostalgia for places that most people have for people. Guilty.

Here's one. The place I lived from about age 8ish to 9ish. Fouras, France.

I attended school in nearby Rochefort at Ecole Emile Zola. The school was sex-segregated. We dipped pens in inkwells.

Christ, I'm old.
